You are the people who can make the difference to our lovely shop remaining in the Brixton community or closing its doors.
Please share this with your friends, far and wide. We need you.

save brixton
wholefoods
As many of you will be aware, Brixton Wholefoods has been seriously affected by the Covid lockdowns and a substantial rent increase in 2016.
This year we have seen our income drop to a level where we can no longer survive with the resources we have available to us.
The shop has been an important part of the Brixton community for more than 40 years. We have had many ups and downs but this one has hit us hard. It is very important to us that we can continue, both as a retailer of unusual and hard to get items and, as an employer, providing employment for up to a dozen local people.
We have been a rock in the sea of change and we believe that, with continued hard work and dedication, and the support of our loyal customers and the wider community, we can bring the shop back to it's former strength.
Our aim, with this crowdfunder, is to raise the capital to invest in enough stock to completely fill our shelves again and to get back to the supply and demand policy that we have always adhered to.
We hope you believe in us and in the need to keep independent retailers trading on the high street.
Any donation, no matter how small or big, will be received with gratitude and we give you a promise that we will put your donations to good use to secure the future of Brixton Wholefoods.
Thank you for reading this.
With best wishes from
Hilary and Tony and all the staff of the shop.

Testimonials
Essential part of why I love Brixton Visited the store on my lunch break. They stocked all the essential oils that I required with a very helpful and POLITE sales assistant lady (who had lovely locks). Prices for the oils were very reasonable and I avoided paying P&P as I normally get my supplies of the net. Their food and herbs were well stocked, presented and well priced. I just stepped in there and felt healthier ;-D will def be buying from there again.
